This course provides step-by-step guidance towards a practical understanding of the key principles of nutrition, as well as the theory that underpins it. The online training material is divided into 24 audiovisual modules, featuring meal plans, healthy recipes, case studies and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. 

Multiple choice self-assessments are also included, to ensure that participants fully comprehend each topic. The course content will be available for a full year, and budding nutritionists will receive an NCFE-accredited level 4 diploma in personal nutrition on successful completion.
