Excellent food! We had fish burger and braised beef bowl, both are really good. Definitely will come back.

About The Arborist
Nestled inside the Trinity Hotel, The Arborist is a restaurant offering both a ground-level dining room and a rooftop bar complete with spectacular seventh-floor views. The main area is decorated in all things wood, as the name of the venue would suggest, with the stacked-log-made bar working as a centrepiece. Climbing foliage, sitting pillows and a lit aquarium all bring some colour to an otherwise woody inside. The menu is full of scrumptious European delicacies, like Turkish eggs, breakfast tacos or smashed avocado. All meals come with two drinks per person, choose from bloody Mary, mimosa, tap beers or non-alcoholic options.
